2 c Shortening
3 c Sugar
4 Eggs
2 t Vanilla
2 c Cottage Cheese
5 1/2 c Flour
1 c Cocoa
2 t Baking Powder
1 t Salt
1 t Baking Soda
1 c Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar & shortening. Add eggs, vanilla & cottage cheese. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts if desired. Refrigerate overnight. Roll into a ball the size of a walnut and then roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 350 for 12 - 15 minutes.
