2 lb ground beef
2 tbsp. steak sauce
3/4 tsp. seasoning salt
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 to 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. prepared mustard
8 hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine beef, steak sauce and seasoning salt; mix well. Shape into 16 patties. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, horseradish, and mustard. Spoon about 1 tbsp into center of half of the patties; top with remaining patties. Press edges to seal. Grill, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 10 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink.
