2 tbsp of cocoa
1 box of Vanilla Wafers, crumbled
1 cup of powdered sugar
extra powdered sugar for rolling
3 tbsp of light corn syrup
1/4 cup of dark Rum (or more to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl sift together cocoa and 1 cup of the powdered sugar. Mix in remaining ingredients. Roll into 1 inch balls. Roll balls into the extra powdered sugar. Store in an air-tight container.
