Frosting for Carrot Bars

2 - 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
Spread on warm bars,sprinkle on 1 c. chopped walnuts.

Carrot Bars

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 jars baby food carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, and oil until the ingredients are thick. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Fold in the 3 jars of baby food carrots.

Lightly grease jelly roll pan.
