1 lb ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (10 3/4 oz) can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 tbsp. salsa
1/2 to 1 tbsp.crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Cook beef with onion and drain. Transfer to a crock pot. Add cheese, soup, black pepper, crushed red pepper, broccoli and salsa; mix well. Cover and cook on low 2-3 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
