2 tbsp. flour
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1-1/2 c. diced green chilies
3/4 c. diced onion
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1 tsp. cumin
3/4 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green chilies with onions. Add flour, cheddar cheese soup, onion soup mix, cheese, and all spices. Cook until cheeses melt, then add sour cream and heat thoroughly.

We like to add chili powder and crushed red pepper to spice it up a little.
