1 1/2 c Brown Sugar
2/3 c Oil
1 Egg
1 c Sour Milk or Buttermilk
1 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Salt
1 t Vanilla
2 1/2 c + 2 T Flour
1 1/2 c Fresh Rhubarb
1/2 c Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and mix all ingredients. Divide into 2 greased loaf pans. Top with mixture of: 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake for 45 minutes at 350
