3 lb pork, cut into 1/2" pieces with fat trimmed
3 onions, chopped
3 garlic gloves, minced
1 tsp. oregano
8 green chilies (seeded & cut into 1/2" strips) or 1 to 2 c. diced green chilies
3 tbsp. flour
Water
1/2 tsp. salt or Johnny's seasoning salt (season to taste)
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork, garlic, and onion in frying pan (can use cooking spray or olive oil). Sprinkle pork with flour. In crock pot or stock pot add pork, onion, garlic, chilies, and oregano. Add water to cover all ingredients. Simmer for 2-3 hours.
