3 Pkgs. Yeast
1/2 c Lukewarm Water
2/3 c Butter
2/3 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Hot Water
2 Eggs, Beaten
6 c Flour
1 t Salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine the yeast and 1/2 cup of lukewarm water. Cream butter and sugar. Add hot water, (about 100, not so hot that it kills the yeast) to butter and sugar. Add yeast mixture. And eggs, flour and salt. Mix with spoon and let rise until double. Punch down and put in refrigerator overnight. Divide into 3 parts. Roll out like pie.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture if desired. Cut into 16 parts (wedges). Roll from large end. Let rise 2-3 hours. Bake at 425.
