1 1/2 lbs hamburger meat
1 quart canned tomatoes
2 slices white loaf bread (crumbled)
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 to 2 stalks celery chopped real fine
1 med.bell pepper (chopped)
1 egg
salt and pepper

combine all ingredients together pour into 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with PAM. cover lightly the whole top with catsup . bake at 400* until done approx 30 to 45 min
