24 small wonton wrappers
2 jars (6 oz. each) marinated artichoke hearts
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
1/3 c. sliced ripe pitted olives
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Press wonton wrappers into mini-muffin pan. Drain artichoke hearts and pat dry with paper towel. Chop artichokes and red pepper. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Fill prepared muffin cups to rim of pan. Bake 12 to 14 minutes. Let cool in pan 2 minutes. Carefully remove and serve warm.
