1 pkg. frozen broccoli florets
2 cans Cream of Broccoli soup
1 c. mild cheddar cheese (shredded finely)
1 bag of seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 6 c. water to a boil.
Add broccoli florets.
Cook about 10 minutes or until almost tender and drain.
Mix soup, cheese, and bread crumbs in a medium bowl.
Gently add in broccoli.
Spread evenly in a 9 x 9 in. greased baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese becomes golden brown.
