3 medium fresh peaches or nectarines
6 c. torn mixed salad greens
2 c. cubed smoked or cooked turkey
2 c. fresh strawberries
1/2 c. pecan halves, caramelized

Dressing:
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. peach jam
2 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut peaches in thin slices. Combine peaches, salad greens, turkey, and strawberries and mix well. Pour dressing over salad. Toss to coat. Top with pecans.

Dressing: Combine the oil, the jam and the vinegar and blend well.
