2 c. corn fresh or canned
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 tsp. melted fat
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Chop corn very fine and add salt pepper, well beaten egg, melted fat, flour and baking powder.Fry two to three minutes in deep fat fryer
360 to 370 degrees.
