1 bag baby spinach
1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 head romaine lettuce
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons diced red onion
1 tablespoon white onion, grated
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and
3/4 teaspoon salt
crumbled
1/3 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions:

Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl. Make up the dressing and mix well. Combine the two and enjoy!
