1 Whole Chicken (cut up).
1 large can of whole tomatoes.
Salt and black pepper (to taste).
Oregano (to taste).
1 Package of sliced mushrooms.
Olive Oil.
Parsley.
1 Medium onion diced.

Directions:
Directions:
Fry Chicken till all pinkness is gone. Chicken should be all white.
Sauté Garlic,onion, and parsley in Olive Oil.
Place Chicken, garlic,parsley,and onion into a large deep frying pan.
Crush by hand the can of whole tomatoes and pour over chicken .
season with salt,black pepper, and oregano.
Add mushrooms.
Partly cover pan and cook until chicken is tender.
