1 1/2 lb Ground Beef Or Turkey
1 sm Onion, chopped
2 cans Creamed Corn
6 Potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and put on to boil for mashed potatoes. While potatoes
are boiling, brown hamburger with onion. Drain, season to taste. Spread
hamburger evenly on bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Spread cream corn evenly
over hamburger. Mash potatoes, make sure there are no lumps, and that
the potatoes are smooth, creamy and still hot so they will spread!
Spread potatoes over corn. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Let stand for 5
minutes before serving.
