1 - 8 oz Cream Cheese
4 c Potatoes, hot & mashed
1 Egg, beaten
1/3 c Onion, finely chopped
1/4 c Pimentos, chopped
1 t Salt
dash Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine softened cream cheese and potatoes. Mix until well blended. Add
remaining ingredients. Place in 1 quart casserole. Bake 350 for 45
minutes. 6-8 servings.
