1/2 c Rice, uncooked
1 Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
1/2 lb Sausage
1/2 Onion, chopped
1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
2 Ribs Celery, chopped
2 1/2 c Water

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté sausage, onion, green pepper and celery. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and bake 350° for 1 hour. Stir occasionally while baking. Mushrooms, pimento and slivered almonds may be added if desired.
