1 8-ounce package of yellow rice
1 pound of ground sausage
Hot pepper sauce (optional)
pepper to taste
1 (11 or 15 oz) can Ranch style beans, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. Break up the sausage into small chunks in a frying pan. Fry the sausage until it is no longer pink. In a large bowl, combine the rice and the cooked sausage. Stir well and serve. Let each person add hot pepper sauce.
