1 c Raw Long Grain Rice
1 Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 large Chicken Or Pork Chops
dash Pepper
1 can Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup
2 1/2 c Water

Directions:
Directions:
Spread rice in 9"x13" pan or a 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle with soup mix.
Pack pieces over rice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired. Pour
mushroom soup and water over chicken and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350.
