2 strips of bacon
4 c Rice, cooked
2 T Celery, chopped
2 T Onion, chopped
2 T Green Pepper, chopped
1/2 lb Hamburger
1/3 t Salt
1 2/3 T Soy Sauce
3 Water Chestnuts, sliced
1/3 t MSG (optional)

Cut up bacon and fry until crisp and remove from pan. Fry hamburger and
season with salt. Add vegetables. Then add bacon and rice. Sprinkle
with soy sauce and MSG.
