1 packet of Taco seasoning mix
2 cups hot water
1 box (7.25oz) macaroni and cheese (DO NOT make as directed on box)
1 cup salsa
1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 lb COOKED ground turkey
3/4 cup low fat or fat free sour cream

In a 2 qt microwavable covered casserole dish, mix all ingredients except sour cream, until well blended and powdered cheese (from mac and cheese) is dissolved. Cover and cook for 8 minutes on high in carousel microwave. Remove lid (carefully so you don't get burned from the steam) Stir well. Replace lid Continue cooking on high for 6 more minutes. Stir in sour cream, Cover and allow to sit 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
