2/3 c. wild rice
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked turkey, cubed
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. milk
1/2 small onion, grated or chopped fine
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 c. seedless grapes
1 c. cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Wash rice thoroughly in water. In saucepan combine rice, water and salt. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer about 45 minutes until grains are tender. Drain, and rinse well.
Blend all remaining ingredients except grapes and cashews; add these just before serving. Chill.

Cooking the wild rice takes a little time, but other than that the recipe goes together fast, and is fine to make the day before.
