2lbs.Broccoli Rabe washed and drained
Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Garlic diced up. (to taste)
Slab Bacon Cut into chunks.
Olive Oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Broccoli Rabe and place in strainer to drain off some of the water.
In a nice size pot sauté Garlic in olive oil and cut up chunks of bacon (to your taste).
When bacon pieces are a little brown add in Broccoli Rabe and salt and pepper, cover with lid and steam on very low heat until Broccoli Rabe is done.( approx.14 minutes).
