Japanese Chicken Salad Recipe

2 c cooked chicken (cut into narrow strips)
2 tbsp sesame seed
2 oz slivered almonds
1/2 head shredded cabbage
1 pkg chicken flavored Top Ramen Noodles (crumbled and not cooked)
2 green onions finely chopped

1 pkg Top Ramen soup seasonings
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 c oil (scant)
1 tsp accent
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp white vinegar
2 cloves garlic minced

Mix together the chicken, sesame seed, almonds, cabbage, onions and Ramen noodles.

In separate container combine dressing ingredients. Pour over cabbage mix. Let stand at least 6 hours or overnight.

I usually use cidar vinegar or wine vinegar instead of white vinegar and you can use less garlic if you want.
