1 ReynoldsŪ Hot BagsŪ Foil Bag, regular size
1 1/3 pounds (4 medium) potatoes, cut in bite-size pieces
1 medium red bell pepper, cubed
1 medium green bell pepper, cubed
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

PREHEAT grill to medium-high. Combine potatoes, bell peppers, onion soup mix, olive oil, garlic and black pepper.
OPEN foil bag. Spray inside of foil bag with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange potato mixture in foil bag in an even layer.
TO SEAL, double fold open end of foil bag. Place foil bag in a 1-inch deep pan.
TO COOK, slide foil bag onto grill or leave foil bag in supporting pan and place in oven. GRILL 15 to 20 minutes in covered grill.
