1 lb ground beef
1 small onion finely chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 c. water
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 T. soy sauce
2 T. Worchestershire sauce
Chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion and celery. Pour in bowl; add remaining ingredients and mix together. Bake in greased casserole dish for 1 hour at 350. Take out and sprinkle with chow mein noodles and bake for another 10 minutes.
