1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
Dash of salt
1 to 1-1/2 c. shelled raw peanuts
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease baking sheet heavily. Combine sugar, corn syrup and salt in 3-quart microwavable casserole dish. Stir in peanuts. Microwave on HIGH (100%) until light brown, approximately 6 minutes (varies), stirring once or twice, to hard crack stage (can be tested by cold water drop method). Stir in remaining ingredients until light and foamy. Quickly spread on greased baking sheet as thinly as possible. Cool; break into pieces.
