1 box yellow cake mix
1 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
1 16 oz. can fruit cocktail
1 cup coconut
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients, except brown sugar and nuts in a large mixing bowl. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.

Bake 325 45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed. Do not underbake.
