1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
5 egg yokes, beaten
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 cups coconut
1 3/4 cup fresh pecans, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine evaporated milk, sugar,egg yokes and butter. Stir together and cook on medium, stirring constantly until thickened and mixture bubbles, Stir in vanilla, coconut, and pecans. Cool slightly. Spread on cake.

Arrange whole pecans on top. At Christmas add artificial holly in center.
