6 slices bread
Butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 Tbs. grated onion
Salt & pepper to taste
2 or 3 strips cooked bacon, crumbled or chopped ham or sausage
Directions:
Directions:
Cut 6 large bread circles and butter each on
one side. Place buttered sides down in muffin
cups. Mix all other ingredients and pour into
bread cups. Bake at 375º for 18 - 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
