1 c. flour
1 stick butter, softened
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Roll into small balls and press into muffin cups, mini or regular. Bake at 325º until golden. Fill with your favorite filling. This can be used with dessert fillings like lemon ice
box pie or chocolate, or also could be used for chicken salad.
