1 or 2 cans sliced mushrooms.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Fresh Parsley to taste.
Grated Cheese
Garlic diced to taste.
Oil - Wesson or Crisco (enough to keep moist.)
Bread Crumbs

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and then sprinkle the bread crumbs on top add enough oil on top to make moist.
Bake at 350 degrees turning often till soft.
