2 cups pasta (I like to use cellantini or cavatappi)
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Kielbasa, chopped into bite size pieces
Crushed Townhouse crackers/butte

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Cook pasta
3. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat
4. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce and cook over low until smooth and bubbly (stir constantly)

5. Remove from heat, stir in milk
6. Heat to boiling (stir constantly). Boil and stir 1 minute and remove from heat.
7. Stir in cheese until melted
8. Stir pasta into cheese sauce, add kielbasa, and pour into ungreased casserole
9. Top with cracker mixture
10. Bake uncovered for 20 - 25 minutes
