1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 TBL dijon mustard
1 pound sirloin (use ground turkey for a healthier option)
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp pepper
1 egg, beaten

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Combine ketchup and mustard; reserve 2 1/2 TBL
3. Combine remaining ketchup mixture, beef, and next 6 ingredients (I leave onions out of kids' loaves)
4. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions
5. Shape into loaf, place on greased pan
6. Spread approximately 2 tsp ketchup mixture over each loaf
7. Bake for 25 minutes

Notes: goes great with mashed potatoes and steak-house lettuce wedge salad (iceberg, tomato, blue cheese)
