1 1/4 cup crushed Corn Flakes
1/4 cup sesame seeds
3/4 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
8 boneless chicken breasts, halves
1/2 cup non-fat yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flakes, seeds, paprika, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Coat chicken in yogurt and dredge in mixture. Spray both sides of chicken with vegetable spray and bake in shallow dish. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
