1/2 lb Pinto or Kidney Beans, dry
2 can Tomatoes
1 lb Coarsely Ground Chuck, browned
2 md Onions, coarsely chopped
1 Green Pepper, coarsely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
2 T Chili Powder
1 t Pepper
1 t Cumin
1 T Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash beans thoroughly and cover with cold water. Soak over night OR boil washed beans one minute and let sit covered for one hour. Cook beans until tender. Drain. Put all ingredients in crock-pot in order listed. Stir once. Cover and cook on low for 10 - 12 hours. (High 5 - 6 hours.)

When using canned beans, 2 - 1 lb. cans, drain liquid.
