2 (15oz.) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 lg. tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 lg. avocado, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill 1 hour. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
