1 lg. onion chopped
2 lg. green peppers
6 fresh mushrooms
5 large carrots
snow peas
celery salt
soy sauce
peanut oil (has less fat)
rice
5 beef tender loins

Directions:
Directions:
Dice all vegetables. Broil carrots until tender. Then cook all vegetables in peanut oil with celery salt until tender. Cut meat in bite size pieces and fry in peanut oil with soy sauce and celery salt. When meat is tender mix with the vegetables. Cook meat and vegetable for approximately 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
