2 lb Round Steak, tenderized
Salt
Pepper
2 T Butter
1/2 pt Sour Cream
1 can Onion Soup
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pound until fiber is broken. Pound in flour. Season with salt and
pepper. Cut in individual pieces, brown meat. Place in casserole. Mix
together sour cream and soup and pour over.

Bake at 300 for 3 hours.
