1 lb. lean ground beef
2 onions, chopped
5 medium potatoes, cubed
4 pkg OXO beef boullion
1 quart of water
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, brown the ground beef. Add the onions and cook until softened. Strain any fat from the ground beef and put back in the pot. Add potatoes, water, beef boullion and season to taste. Boil for 20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
