1 med Onion, finely chopped
3/4 c Celery, thinly sliced
1 1/2 c Rice, long grain
1/4 c Butter or Margarine
1 1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
1/2 t Thyme
2 1/2 c Chicken Bouillon or Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion, celery and rice in butter over low heat until vegetables
are transparent and rice is golden. Add salt, pepper, thyme and chicken
broth. Cover skillet with a tight fitting lid and cook over low heat
until broth is absorbed, about 20 - 25 minutes.
