1/3 pound mesclun
1 large red-skinned pear
1/4 pound Explorateur, Saint-Andre,Brillat-Savarin, or other tripe cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat a broiler or toaster oven. Toast the bread on both sides. In a large bowl, toss the mesclun with enough of the Taste and adjust the seasoning.

Divide the greens among four plates. Cut the pear into thin slices and nestle among the greens. Spread the cheese on toasts and place alongside the greens.
