2 c cooked chicken
2 c celery
1 1/2 c chopped green pepper
2 tsp lemon juice
2 T pimento
2 T minced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c toasted almonds
1 c crushed potato chips
1 c shredded cheese (your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
After cutting chicken into bite sized pieces, combine chicken, celery, green pepper, lemon juice, pimento, minced onion, salt, mayonnaise & toasted almonds. Toss gently. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 til heated through.
