8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 green onions chopped
1 lb. imitation crab meat
8 oz sour cream
4 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
5 drops Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate. Can be used as a party dip or as a sandwich spread.
