2 c. pecan halves
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325. Line a large cookie sheet with foil; set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet over low heat. Add pecans and toast 15 minutes, until lightly browned, stirring often, Transfer with a slotted spoon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
Combine sugar and spices in a large bowl. Add pecans and toss to coat. Spread on prepared cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
