4 pieces butterfly pork chops
4 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
salt and pepper
Butter for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Pound the pork chops with a kitchen hammer, but don't make them too thin.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
Dredge the pork chops with flour and remove excess.
Dip into the beaten egg, coating both sides.
Dip into bread crumbs, coating both sides.
Put enough butter in a skillet to 1/4 in. thickness. Fry the pork chops over medium heat about 2 minutes each side. Then turn again and cook until done. Serve with lemon slices as garnish.
