10 Soft Shell Crabs.
3 Cloves of garlic diced up.
1 Stick of butter.
Good White Wine.
2 cups of Italian Bread Crumbs.
Grated Cheese.
Fresh Parsley.
White Pepper.
Black Pepper.
Fresh Lemon.
Good sized deep frying pan.

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté Garlic in butter till soft.
Place Soft Shell Crabs, Soft side down on top of sautéed garlic.
Keep moving pan around and turn crabs once or twice.
Turn crabs soft side up and add white wine ( to taste)
After awhile sprinkle each crab with bread crumbs enough to make a little mound on each crab.
Then sprinkle with grated cheese, fresh parsley, white pepper,black pepper, and fresh lemon. enough for your taste.
