2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup softened butter
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (4 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding
2 large eggs
1 (12 oz) pkg. chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:

Cream together butter, sugars and pudding mix. Beat in eggs and vanilla and mix well. Combine flour and baking soda and mix into creamed mixture. Stir in chips and nuts. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.

Any flavor of instant pudding can be used for this. My son just happens to live for chocolate, so I couldn't imagine making them any other way!
